CloudBrain indexes your notes and documents and answers with the sources cited — from your own WhatsApp number, from Telegram or from the web. Your notes stay yours: isolated per account, exportable whenever you want.
“Message CloudBrain's number, or connect your own with BYON: the answer always comes from your own notes.”
Your notes matter most when you are not at your computer. That is why CloudBrain is not one more app to open: it is a brain on a server that answers wherever you already are — WhatsApp, Telegram or the browser — with sources cited. Obsidian is one of the clients, not the only one: the plugin, the desktop client and the panel upload all feed the same archive.
The Obsidian plugin syncs all Markdown notes in the vault, except the paths you exclude (ignore list and denylist). Documents — PDF, Office and the other formats — sync only from the folders you choose. The desktop client and the panel upload feed the same archive with 32 formats in total, images included with local OCR.
Version 0.3.2: it syncs every note, except the paths you exclude.
The same syncing as the plugin, for people who do not use Obsidian.
You drag a file, in one of the 32 supported formats.
It reads the text inside the image without sending it to an external vision model.
Recognised credentials never enter the index.
The notes and documents tables are isolated at the row level (RLS): no other account can see them.
Chat on the website, Telegram (groups included) or WhatsApp — message CloudBrain's own number with an OTP code, or connect a number of your own with BYON. Besides free-form questions, three deterministic commands: /nota, /cerca, /recenti.
Web chat, Telegram and WhatsApp: same archive, same answer with sources.
Searching your notes never costs credits: you only pay for the question.
If you connect your own number with BYON, you reply from it, not from a shared one.
Every conversation is isolated at the row level (RLS), filtered by your account.
When the answer is a table or a document, CloudBrain puts it on a web page with a link — easy to read and to share. The link lasts 24 hours, then the page is deleted: it is not indexed, it does not linger.
It is created when an answer is a table or a document, not from a separate action.
Every page says until when it is available.
Answer pages never show up in search engines.
Once a page expires, the content is removed, not just hidden.
No open counter, and no list of who viewed the link.
The same link works wherever you shared it.

For small teams with a shared archive that needs tracking.
For larger teams, with more users on the same archive.
They stay on the CloudBrain server, isolated per account: no other tenant can read them. You can export everything at any time. The link stays valid for 48 hours. Or ask for full deletion.
Web, Telegram and WhatsApp, on every plan.
You ask from wherever you already are: the answer arrives with its sources cited. You can message CloudBrain's own WhatsApp number right away with an OTP code, or connect a number of your own (BYON). Conversations stay isolated to your own account — no other tenant can read them — and you can delete them whenever you want.
Documents in 32 formats — PDF, Office, OpenDocument, EML/MSG, EPUB, FatturaPA — and images, with local OCR: no external vision model ever looks at them.
Yes, at any time: the zip includes the notes, the file metadata, the conversations, the messages and the consultation log (on every plan, even where you can't browse it from the panel). The link stays valid for 48 hours from the request. Shared answer pages, instead, are meant to be short-lived: the link lasts 24 hours, then the page is deleted.
You delete the account from the panel. You have seven days to change your mind before the data is permanently removed.
Fourteen days of trial, one hundred questions, no card.
